Paying By Credit Card?
RMF Entertainment accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Cards. Your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of all items ordered, however, you will only be charged for those items available for immediate shipping. If an item is placed on backorder your credit card will be charged when that item ships.
How to become a customer?
Setting up an account with RMF is quick and easy. Click on the “New Customer” button at the top of the home page and follow prompts. Because we are a business to business site and our products are only sold for the purpose of resale, we require a copy of your Resale Exemption Certificate for our files.
In order to become a customer through RMF Entertainment.com, You will be asked to complete a form and establish a password. You will immediately receive an email confirmation that will also contain a link to the next step in the set-up process. The link within this email will take you back to the site where you will receive your account number. At this time, enter your account number and password in the upper right hand corner. It's that easy! You are now ready to shop.
How to Place an Order?
To begin shopping, search for the product you are interested in purchasing and click the buy button.
There are a few new features on this site. First, you are now able to search for product directly from your shopping cart. Second is the quick order function. If you know the product you want to order click the begin ordering button on the tool bar. You will be taken to a screen with a quick order box. Enter either the item number, UPC or title and click find, choose the correct product and click add item. The product will appear in your shopping cart. After you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the check out button, choose shipping method, update cost, enter your PO number, method of payment and submit your order.
What is Wish List?
There is the option to add your product choice to a wish list. If you decide you either do not want to purchase the product at this time or would like to have a place to remember products you want to purchase in the future, click the add to wish list.
How do I retrieve my password?
If you forget your password click the remind me button adjacent the to log in section located at the top-right corner of the page. Your password will automatically sent to you via email, otherwise your request will be forwarded to RMF Entertainment Online Services. If forgot your account number, or you did not receive your password, please contact RMF Online Services directly at 1-866-746-6944, or send an email to info@rmfentertainment.com.
